كشفت إدارة الهجرة التركية أسباب توقيفها بطاقة الحماية المؤقتة الكملك

تسببت الشائعة التي أطلقها البعض قبيل الإنتخابات التركية
“عن توقف بطاقة الحماية المؤقتة “الكملك
.بالقلق والخوف عند بعض السوريين حيث أن التوقف يعني توقف العلاج المجاني بالمستشفيات أو الحصول على الدواء المجاني والمساعدات المقدمة من الهلال الأحمر التركي أو حتى التحرك في تركيا
.في السياق ذاته أكدت ادارة الهجرة في أنقرة أنه لا يوجد أي إيقاف لكملك السوريين بشكل عشوائي أو جماعي إطلاقاً

:وأكدت ادارة الهجرة التركية في بيانٍ لها إن كملك يتوقف في هذه الحالات

TC ـ في حال إرسال كملك عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي مما يؤدي إلى سرقة رقم الـ تي جي
واستخدامه على كملك مزور لأشخاص أخرين
TC ـ إرسال كملك للسماسرة والأشخاص المجهولين يؤدي إلى استخدام رقم الـ تي جي
الخاص بـ الكملك على أشياء مشبوهة ويتم إيقاف القيد بشكل فوري
.ـ في حال كشفت الإدارة إعارة كملك لأشخاص اخرين لاستخدامها طبياً
.ـ أو فتح عداد المياه و الكهرباء أو العبور فيها إلى سوريا
.ـ أو استخدامها لشراء خط الهاتف لأشخاص أو تفعيل خدمة الانترنت لهم

بطاقة الحماية المؤقتة الكملك

.في هذه الحالات لن تسمح ادارة الهجرة التركية للمخالف بالمطالبة بـ الكملك مرة أخرى وربما يصل الأمر لمقاضاته، وذكرت ادارة الهجرة التركية أنها تقوم بإيقاف كملك .الخاص للحاصلين على إذن سفر خارجي بمجرد منحهم الإذن

.وأضافت ادارة الهجرة التركية أنه يتم توقيف الكملك الخاص بمن يريد العودة الطوعية إلى سوريا حيث سيتم منعه من دخول تركيا لمدة لا تقل عن خمس سنوات وفي حال عاد مجدداً بطرق غير شرعية يمكنه تقديم طلب لإدارة الهجرة لاستعادة الكملك
.ويتم تقيم وضعه من قبل الإدارة بمنحه أو رفض قبول لجوءه المؤقت باعتبار .أنه عاد سابقاً ولا يوجد خطر يهدد حياته داخل الأراضي السورية
