نجاح الاستثمار العربي في تركيا بحضور ممثل مكتب الاستثمار التابع لـرئاسة الجمهورية
لـدول الخليج مصطفى غوكسو وعدد من رجال الأعمال والمستثمرين العرب والأتراك
حيث نظّمت الاحتفالية شركة DEIDIN للعقارات والاستثمارات بهدف توقيع اتفاقية تعاون
بينها وبين بنك فينانس تركيا لتقديم تسهيلات للمستثمرين والإعلان عن إطلاق كيانين جديدين تابعين للشركة.

وبحضور شخصيات بارزة من شركات تركية ووسائل إعلام تم خلال الفعالية تسليط الضوء
على آخر مستجدات سوق العقار والاستثمار في تركيا والقوانين التي صدرت حديثا
لدعم المستثمرين وتوقعات الخبراء لعام 2019.
وفي كلمة افتتاحية خلال الحفل الذي قدّمه الإعلامي شادي السيّد أعلن المدير العام لشركة DEIDIN
المقداد السُّلمي عن توقيع اتفاقية تعاون مع بنك فينانس تركيا لتقديم تسهيلات للمستثمرين من غير الأتراك
لتكون أول اتفاقية تعاون بين شركة عربية وتركية.
وكشف السُّلمي النّقاب عن إطلاق الشركة مشروعي “سماوي” للسفر والسياحة
و”دي مارك” للتسويق والحلول الإعلامية.

وأعرب عن شكره لـ مكتب الاستثمار التابع للرئاسة التركية على حضوره ودعمه
مؤكدًا أن الشركة سعت منذ تأسيسها لأن تكون “قوة فعّالة في اقتصاد هذا البلد الطيب
ذي المتانة الذي أثبت قوّته”.
من جهته شكر ممثل مكتب الاستثمار التابع للرئاسة التركية مصطفى غوكسو شركة DEIDIN
على إتاحة الفرصة للقاء رجال الأعمال والمستثمرين العرب والأتراك وممثلي الشركات التركية.
للعمل على زيادة الاستثمار العربي في تركيا.

وقدّم غوكسو عرضًا تقديميًا أشار فيه إلى اضطلاع مكتب الاستثمار التابع لـرئاسة الجمهورية
بمهمّة ترويج فرص الاستثمار في تركيا للمنظومات التجارية في العالم،
وتقديم يد العون للمستثمرين قبل دخولهم إلى تركيا وخلال ذلك بعده
كما تطرّق لجميع التسهيلات التي تقدمها الحكومة التركية للمستثمرين
كما يتولى مكتب الاستثمار حسب غوكسو، مسؤولية تشجيع الاستثمارات اللازمة
لإحداث مزيد من التقدم الاقتصادي في تركيا وذلك من خلال تقديم تقارير مباشرة لرئيس الجمهورية.

وتحدّث أيضاً مدير قسم التجزئة المصرفية في بنك فينانس تركيا سيدات كوراغ:
عن رؤية البنك وآليات تعامله مع المستثمرين بالإضافة إلى حزمة التسهيلات المقدمة من البنك
للمستثمرين من غير الأتراك بعد توقيع الاتفاقية مع شركة DEIDIN.
وتم توقيع الاتفاقية بين الشركة والبنك مديرها العام المقداد السُّلمي ومُديرها التنفيذي عبد الله دياربكرلي
وعن بنك فينانس تركيا مدير قسم التجزئة المصرفية سيدات كوراغ والسيدة سيفدا هكمت.
وعقب التوقيع قدّم دياربكرلي نبذةً عن الشركة وقال إنّ استثماراتها في تركيا
خلال النصف الثاني من عام 2018 بلغت 100 مليون ليرة تركية
معربًا عن شكره لشركاء النجاح مثل بنك فينانس تركيا وفريق موظفي الشركة.

وشهدت الاحتفالية تكريمًا من قبل شركة DEIDIN لـ مكتب الاستثمار التابع للرئاسة التركية
ممثلًا بمصطفى غوكسو وبنك تركيا فينانس والنائب هوسنو تونا والإعلامي حمزة تكين
إلى جانب عدد من المؤسسات والشركات.

وفي كلمة لـلإعلامي حمزة تكين تحدث عمّا وصفه
بـ”مخططات إجهاض الاقتصاد وكيف واجهتها الإدارة التركية بحكمة وذكاء”
كما تناول آفاق مستقبل تركيا الاقتصادي الذي يتوقع أن يصبح أحد أسرع الاقتصادات نمواً
ضمن أعضاء منظمة التعاون الاقتصادي في عام 2019.

وأضاف تكين أن الاقتصاد التركي في المرتبة 13 على مستوى العالم، والخامسة بالمقارنة مع الاتحاد الأوروبي وفقًا لمبدأ تعادل القوة الشرائية كما أنّه اقتصاد قائم على المؤسسات بدعم وصل إلى 193 مليار دولار أمريكي من الاستثمارات الأجنبية المباشرة في السنوات الخمس عشرة الأخير.
