قامت المديرية العامة لدائرة الهجرة التركية في العاصمة أنقرة بتحذير السوريين

من الأمور التي تؤدي إلى فقدانهم ( الكمليك ) التي تخص الأخوة السوريين ونفت وجود إيقاف عشوائي من دون سبب

ثلاثة أمور يجب الحذر منها لحاملي بطاقة الحماية المؤقتة الكمليك

إرسال صورة أو معلومات الكمليك عبر وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي

وهذا الشيء يؤدي إلى سرقة رقم ال تي جي ” tc ” والقيام باستخدامه بغرض تزوير هويات أخرى

إرسال معلومات الكمليك لأشخاص مجهولين أو سماسرة يؤدي لاستخدام رقم ال تي جي الخاص بك لأغراض مشبوهة

إعارة الكمليك لأشخاص أخرين ليتم استخدامها بشكل طبي

أو لفتح عدادات غاز أو ماء أو كهرباء أو العبور إلى سوريا أو استخدامها لشراء خط هاتف أو لتفعيل خدمة الإنترنت

وقالت مديرية الهجرة التركية في بيان لها، إنه في هذه الحالات المذكورة، لن يسمح للمخالف بأن يُطالب بـ الكيملك مجدداً ، وحذرت من أن هذا الاأمر قد يؤدي لمقاضاته أيضاً

وأشارت الهجرة التركية، إلى أنها تقوم بإيقاف الكيملك الخاص بالسوريين الحاصلين على إذن سفر خارجي،

بمجرّد أن يتم منحهم الإذن، كما يُتّخذ الإجراء ذاته لمَن يرغب بالعودة بكامل إرادته إلى سوريا، حيثُ يمنع من دخول تركيا لمدة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات.

حيث أن رقم ال تي جي الذي يبدأ ب الرقم 99 هو رقم مهم جداً لأصحاب الكمليك والإقامات أيضاً

و لايجب مشاركته مع الأخرين لتجنب التورط في مشاكل مستقبلاً

صرح السيد داوود غول “Dawood Gul” والي مدينة غازي عنتاب التركية يوم الأربعاء الماضي عن أسباب فرض إذن السفر.
وإمكانية منح من لا يملك “الكيملك“ بطاقة الحماية المؤقتة للسوريين المقيمين في تركيا.

وأكد السيد Dawood Gul والي “مدينة غازي عنتاب” أن إذن السفر لن يتم إلغاؤه وليس هناك تغيير على نظام إذن السفر, وجاءت تلك التصاريح خلال اجتماع ومؤتمر صحفي ضم الوالي مع صحفيين سوريين وأتراك ومندوبين عن المجتمع المدني السوري في مكتب ولاية غازي عنتاب يوم الأربعاء الماضي 02/01/2019، مشيراً إلى أن الحكومة التركية لا ترغب في أن يتجول السوريون في تركيا بشكل كيفي دون الحصول على موافقة إذن سفر.

وأوضح أن إذن السفر يمكن منحه بكل تأكيد لمن يقدم أسباب وجيهة ومبررات مقنعة من السوريين للسفر إلى ولاية أخرى.

ماهو وضع الكملك “بطاقة الحماية المؤقتة” للسوريين في مدينة غازي عنتاب:

وأكد السيد داوود أنه يتم العمل على منح بطاقة الحماية المؤقتة لجميع من لا يحملها خلال شهرين وأنه طلب من إدارة الهجرة تسريع عمليات المنح.

وفي السياق ذاته أشار مدير إدارة الهجرة في ولاية غازي عنتاب إلى أنه يتم منح بطاقة الحماية المؤقتة للحالات الطارئة وحالات المرضى والمواليد الجدد بشكل يومي، مشيراً إلى أن 150 بطاقة تمنح “كملك” يتم منحها يومياً، وأنه يتم تجهيز مركز الجمهوريات كمركز ثانٍ مع المركز الكائن بجانب المشفى الأمريكي لمنح بطاقة الحماية المؤقتة، ليرتفع عدد البطاقات الممنوحة يومياً إلى ثلاثة أضعاف أي 450 بطاقة جديدة يومياً.
