إذا لم تكن مواطناً في تركيا وإذا كنت ترغب في البقاء داخل حدود تركيا لأكثر من 90 يومًا، فيجب عليك التقدم بطلب للحصول على تصريح إقامة.

وإذا كان لديك تأشيرة لمدة صالحة، فيمكنك التقدم بطلب للحصول على تصريح للتمديد او تجديد الإقامة إذا انتهت مدة صلاحية التأشيرة داخل حدود البلد أو بعد الانتهاء من فترة الإقامة القصوى البالغة 90 يومًا.

:أنواع تصريح الإقامة في تركيا

تصاريح الإقامة الممنوحة للأجانب في تركيا هي بشكل رئيسي في الفئات التالية:

  • إقامة قصيرة الأجل (سنة واحدة كحد أقصى)
  • تصريح إقامة عائلية (بحد أقصى سنتان)
  • إقامة طالب (خلال فترة الدراسة)
  • تصريح إقامة طويلة الأجل (لفترة غير محددة)
  • إقامة إنسانية (بحد أقصى سنة واحدة)
  • تصريح إقامة لضحايا الحروب (يتم إصداره لمدة تتراوح بين 30 يومًا و6 أشهر، ويمنح تصريحًا لمدة 3 سنوات كحد أقصى)

كيفية التقدم بطلب للحصول على تصريح الإقامة في تركيا؟

يجب عليك التقدم إلى القنصليات التركية في بلدك من أجل الحصول على تصريح إقامة في تركيا. وإذا كنت داخل حدود تركيا، فيمكنك تقديم طلباتك في مكاتب إدارة الهجرة بالمحافظات الموجودة في جميع المدن.

ما هي المستندات المطلوبة للحصول على تصريح الإقامة في تركيا؟

يجب أن يمتلك الأجانب الذين يرغبون في التقدم بطلب للحصول على تصريح إقامة جواز سفر أو وثائق سفر صالحة لمدة 60 يومًا على الأقل. و4 صور من جواز السفر فهي من بين الوثائق المطلوبة (ويمكنك الحصول على 8 للتأكد).

ويمكنك تقديم طلبك مع وثيقة التأشيرة ونموذج طلب تصريح الإقامة إن وجد والإيصال الذي يشير إلى أنك دفعت رسوم الطلب في البنك.

ووفقًا لنوع تصريح الإقامة الذي تقدمت إليه، قد تحتاج إلى الحصول على مستندات إضافية معك. قد تساعدك الشهادات التي حصلت عليها من صاحب العمل والمدرسة التي تخرجت منها وبيانات الحساب المصرفي والعديد من المستندات الأخرى في الحصول على تصريح إقامة.

وعلى الرغم من أنه يختلف وفقًا لنوع تصريح الإقامة في تركيا وسبب تقديم الطلب، إلا أنه يحق لك الإقامة داخل حدود تركيا لمدة تتراوح بين 6 أشهر و5 سنوات إذا تم قبول طلبك. وقد يتراوح المبلغ الذي تحتاج إلى إنفاقه لهذه الإجراءات بين 60 يورو و80 يورو.

ويجب ان تمتلك تأمين صحي خاص ساري المفعول هو أحد الشروط المطلوبة أثناء التقديم.

وعند قبول طلبك، يتعين عليك دفع رسوم تتراوح من 5 إلى 10 دولارات شهريًا (قد تختلف حسب جنسيتك) عن طريق مكاتب الضرائب أو البنوك. فتصريح الإقامة في تركيا الذي ستحصل عليه هو فقط للإقامة في تركيا. فإذا كنت ترغب في العمل وكسب المال في تركيا، فعليك التقديم للحصول على تصريح عمل أيضًا.

كيفية تجديد تصريح الإقامة في تركيا؟

قبل 60 يومًا على الأقل من انتهاء صلاحية تصريح الإقامة، يمكنك طلب تمديد تصريح الإقامة عن طريق تقديم طلب إلى الوكالات الحكومية. وحتى إذا انتهت مدة إقامتك الحالية، فيمكنك الاستمرار في الإقامة داخل حدود تركيا حتى يتم الانتهاء من طلبك عن طريق تقديم وثيقة لك.

إذا تم قبول طلبك، فسيكون تصريح الإقامة الجديد ساري المفعول اعتبارًا من انتهاء الصلاحية السابقة.

ما هي التحديثات الجديدة في قوانين تجديد تصريح الإقامة في تركيا؟

اعتبارًا من 2 مايو 2019 سيتم تطبيق القانون الجديد لتجديد تصريح الإقامة في تركيا.

 فستكون طلبات الحصول على الإقامة وتجديد الإقامة السابقة لجميع المحافظات (81 مقاطعة) ستستلزم حضور الأجنبي شخصيا وذلك بدلا من الارسال عن بريديا
