الموضوع: طلب الحصول على الجنسية التركية الاستثنائية
ـ الاسم والكنية ومكان وتاريخ الولادة “مفصل الهوية بالكامل”
ـ الشهادة الدراسية التي يحملها والاختصاص واسم الجامعة التي تخرج منها وسنة التخرج
ـ تاريخ الدخول إلى تركيا
ـ مكان الإقامة الحالي
ـ العمل الذي يمارسه في تركيا
ـ التصريحات التي يحملها كبطاقة التاجر أو بطاقة الجامعة أو التراخيص التجارية
ـ الإقامات بأنواعها أو الكملك أو جواز السفر
ـ نسخة من تصريح إذن العمل
ـ شهادات خبرة وشهادات دورات معترف بها عالمياً
ـ سبب قدومه إلى تركيا
ـ الوضع العائلي
ـ ذكر المادة التي تسمح بهذا الطلب في القانون التركي وهي المادة /458/
التي تسمح بالحصول على حق المواطنة
ـ كتابة عنوانه بشكل دقيق ومفصَّل مع إيميله الشخصي ورقم هاتفه الجوال.
