]]> ثانوية التعليم المفتوح:
الثانوية العامة في تركيا
اقرت وزارة التربية التركية هذا النظام عام 1992م ويعتمد بشكل أساسي
على التعليم عن بعد عن طريق التلفزيون والراديو وتستمر الدراسة فيه
لـثمانية فصول دراسية في أربع سنوات يمكن اختصارها لمن هم أكبر من 18 سنة
ويحصل بعدها الطالب على شهادة ثانوية رسمية.
  • ثانوية التعليم المفتوح في تركيا
يمكن لخريجي المرحلة الدراسة الابتدائية والمرحلة المتوسطة
في المدارس التركية التقدم لهذه الثانوية كما يمكن ايضا الطلاب الأجانب
التقديم لـمعادلة شهاداتهم الثانوية.
يحتوي الامتحان بشكل طبيعي على 18 مادة منها التاريخ والرياضيات والديانة
والجغرافيا والفيزياء و العلوم ويشكل مجموعها 192 نقطة “كريدي”

هل يستفيد السوريون الذين خضعوا للتعليم المؤقت من دراسة الثانوية التركية AÖL؟

اتاحت وزارة التربية التركية الامتحان لطلاب المراكز التعليمية المؤقتة
من السوريون والعراقيين الذين خاضوا فحص البكالوريا
المعياري YÖLYDS عامي 2015 – 2016م

وصرح الطالب السوري هلال بويضاني أحد متطوعى “طلاب بلا حدود”:
إن وزارة التربية التركية الغت اعترافها بالفحم المعياري YOLYDS
وحولت الطلاب إلى فحص ثانوية التعليم المفتوح “AÖL“

وقال أيضا الطالب هلال بويضاني: طُلب هدا اجراء اخبار بمادتين فقط
من مواد ثانوية التعليم المفتوح “AÖL” ويجب علينا النجاح بمعدل يتجاوز 45%
لـ معادلة شهاداتنا، ومن جهتي اجتزت الفحص بنجاح،
وتمت معادلة شهادتي وقبولي في الجامعه.
وصرح السيد اسامة الحنفى مدير مكتب شؤون الطلاب في تركيا
عبر بث مباشر على صفحته في “فيس بوك”:
إنه يجب على طلاب الفحص المعياري وقبل التسجيل على ثانوية التعليم المفتوح
أن يراجعوا مكتب المعادلة “Denklink” التابع لـ مديرية التربية التركية في الولاية

وأكد السيد أسامة الحنفي: أن بعض الطلاب تمت معادلة شهاداتهم
دون شرط خوض ثانوية التعليم المفتوح، والبعض الآخر سجل فوراً
في الثانوية المفتوحة قبل معادلة الشهادة، هؤلاء عليهم اجتياز الفحص لمعادلة شهاداتهم.

ماذا عن الذين انقطعو عن التعليم؟ كيف يمكنه متابعة تعليمه؟

حسبما قال السيد أسامة الحنفى: يكن لـ طالب السوري التسجيل في الثانوية المفتوحة
عن طريق شهادة دراسية سابقة، كـ شهادة التعليم الأساسي السورية “شهادة التاسع”
بعد معادلتها من مديرية التربية التركية في مكان الاقامة،
ومن ثم تقديمها لـ مراكز ثانوية التعليم المفتوح في دائرة “HALK EĞİTİM“والتسجيل.

حتى إذا لم يكن الطالب يملك أي شهادة تثبت مستواه التعليمي فـيستطيع الطالب
اجراء فحص تحديد مستوى في مراكز ثانوية التعليم المفتوح
في دوائر “HALK EĞİTİM” لـيدخل المستوى المناسب له بغض النظر عن عمره.

يشار إلى أن 20 ألفا و 701 طالب سوري دخلوا الجامعات التركية
في مختلف الاختصاصات الأدبية والعلمية والطبية في جميع الجامعات التركية الحكومية والخاصة، حسبما صرحت وزارة التعليم العالي التركية “YÖK”
